A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO CAR SALES
[dropcaps]B[/dropcaps]uying a car can be a stressful, time consuming process, but I don’t believe it has to be. I’m Nathan McRae and I would like to tell you a little about myself and how I help my customers find the right vehicle for them.
First, a little about me. I haven’t always been in sales and in fact, I have had a diverse and interesting career path to get where I am. I’m a professionally trained cook, have been an industrial inspection assistant working on pipelines and pulp mills and have managed a customer service department for a national financial company. At one time I was a DJ for a nightclub and several other locations, have done retail sales, managed video stores and was an assistant manager for a laser tag arena. I have been an entrepreneur several times over and most recently I was a warehouse supervisor for the Burnaby location of one of Canada’s largest dairy processors where I worked for several years.
I believe this varied experience really helps me as I develop my automotive sales career as I have experience working with people from all walks of life. I have the ability to quickly relate to people and their situations. In addition, my extensive customer service experience helps me really ensure that everyone I help has a different kind of car buying experience.
Ultimately I want to find the right car for you as opposed to whatever car I can sell you. Though the industry has changed, a lot of salespeople still use old school methods to get you into a car. I am working with the new school, where we think long term. It’s about building a relationship, discovering your needs and helping you make the most informed buying decision possible.
